What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of international exhibitions, including booth reservation, logistics, and construction coordination.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with financial standards.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to integrate exhibition leads into CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, venues, and internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee on-site operations during exhibitions, including construction supervision and emergency handling.
• Prepare post-exhibition reports, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations for future events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Exhibition Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience specifically with overseas exhibitions.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for business communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or Asana.
• Ability to travel internationally for exhibition support and on-site management.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with international trade practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with RSNA or other major medical/professional international exhibitions.
