Senior Manager, Business Applications (Oracle ERP)

What you will do

• Provide system support and ensure accurate processing for Japan business applications, specifically Oracle Supply Chain and Financial modules.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams in managing requirements, design, configuration, and testing for IT initiatives.
• Challenge existing methods and processes to optimize the utilization of Oracle ERP Cloud and associated integrations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to balance global corporate standards with local Japan business requirements.
• Support the integration of acquisitions, including data mapping, system configuration, and process revisions.
• Advance organizational AI capabilities through cross-functional solution development and platform management.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English (Required).
• 7-10 years of experience with Oracle ERP (On-Premise and/or Cloud) applications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud applications within the Japan region.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and major strategic projects in a global organization.
• 5+ years of experience managing in an offshore delivery model.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, data structures, and end-to-end business process flows.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Working knowledge of middleware products like Mulesoft.
• Experience with AIM Methodology and Business Process Engineering.
