TL;DR

SAP GTM Lead (SAP): Driving go-to-market strategies and sales for SAP solutions with an accent on S/4HANA technology and complex enterprise service offerings. Focus on developing new service offerings, managing the pre-sales process, and building strategic relationships with customers and alliance partners.

Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid role at Roppongi Hills).

What you will do

  • Propose and sell SAP solutions tailored to specific customer challenges and business needs.
  • Deepen expertise in latest SAP technologies including S/4HANA to plan and develop new service offerings.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) activities, including sales strategy development and target setting.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Partners and Consult Partners to develop profitable, cross-practice technical solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners to co-create joint solutions.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese proficiency required.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP solution sales.
  • Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and translating technical knowledge into customer insights.
  • Externally recognized expertise in technology or solutioning areas with relevant technical certifications.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical benefits to stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience selling technical services for multi-industry customers.
