What you will do

  • Lead the execution of core experience strategy deliverables including omnichannel and content plans.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define innovative deliverables that drive client success.
  • Understand end-user needs and optimize user flows to reduce friction and improve accessibility.
  • Support organic growth and new business initiatives for the agency.
  • Model inclusive behaviors and demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Omnichannel, Experience, or Digital Strategy.
  • Experience in Oncology is mandatory for this client assignment.
  • Proven background in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing industries.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with journey mapping tools (Miro, Mural) and CRM/automation platforms (Veeva, Salesforce).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as this role is based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI systems and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in customer research.
