What you will do
- Manage customer requests and ticket lifecycles across different support channels.
- Manage internal team tasks and system errors, prioritizing them based on urgency and technical impact.
- Coordinate technical tasks and team workload, including deployments and platform refreshes.
- Communicate with stakeholders through regular meetings, emails and other channels.
- Work on documentation, including technical proposals, summaries, and reports.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 preferred) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, support, coordination, or operational role.
- Understanding of support and maintenance processes, ticket lifecycle management, and prioritisation principles.
- Highly responsible and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Working hours 11:00 - 20:00 GMT+3.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with project management, issue tracking, and ticketing tools (such as Jira, Service Desk, Intercom, or similar).
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile framework and principles.
- Experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
