What you will do

• Set up and execute routine tests on various products and devices according to standardized methodologies.
• Prepare and document test reports in compliance with internal quality requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with laboratory specialists to identify product non-conformities and technical issues.
• Support root cause analysis activities and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure the reliability of laboratory equipment, tools, and testing systems.
• Assist external certification inspectors during product validation and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Degree or technical education in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory, testing, or quality environment.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing procedures, measuring instruments, and laboratory equipment.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented working style.
