What you will do
- Set up and execute routine tests on various products and devices according to standardized methodologies.
- Prepare and document test reports in compliance with internal quality requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with laboratory specialists to identify product non-conformities and technical issues.
- Support root cause analysis activities and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure the reliability of laboratory equipment, tools, and testing systems.
- Assist external certification inspectors during product validation and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Degree or technical education in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory, testing, or quality environment.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing procedures, measuring instruments, and laboratory equipment.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented working style.
