Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boca Raton, Florida

Salary: $20 - $22 per hour

What you will do

• Handle incoming service inquiries via phone, digital channels, and in-person interactions
• Manage customer escalations and troubleshoot technical support questions
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain student records in the CRM system
• Assist students with licensing applications and process electronic fingerprints
• Maintain facility cleanliness and manage inventory of supplies
• Support the Campus Director and sales team with class scheduling and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, Florida
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative roles
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of at least 20 wpm
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
