Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

• Provide technical hydrogeological input for projects across the company.
• Design and implement groundwater programs to support contaminant transport assessments and remedial planning.
• Organize and perform fieldwork, including borehole drilling, groundwater sampling, and pumping tests.
• Develop groundwater conceptual models and produce factual and interpretive reports.
• Mentor junior team members and lead onboarding and technical training efforts.
• Interface with clients and regulators to clarify requirements and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, chemistry, environmental science, or engineering.
• Post-graduate degree in Geoscience or Engineering with a focus on Hydrogeology.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting or the mining industry.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel and participate in field programs in remote locations throughout BC and Yukon.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
