Junior Accountant

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona (minimum 3 days on site)

What you will do

• Manage the financial flow of accounts payable and maintain supplier accounts from invoice receipt to reconciliation.
• Control purchase orders in SAP, verifying supplier information, goods flow, and amounts.
• Handle the reception, posting of invoices, and manage payments according to negotiated conditions.
• Manage returns and penalties according to commercial guidelines and communicate these to brands.
• Provide support to suppliers via phone and email.
• Participate in the design and creation of new financial processes from scratch.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-changing environment.
