What you will do

• Execute high-stakes account actions including closures, transfers, and mandated legal actions with 100% accuracy.
• Manage daily alerts and inbound mail processing based on volume, risk, and urgency.
• Coordinate with Customer Care and external authorities like bailiffs and tax agencies for complex procedural decisions.
• Maintain documentation and tracking for all actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements, including AI-enabled workflow optimizations.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in high-volume back-office or customer operations.
• Fluent in French (required for legal processing).
• B2 level of English (internal company language).
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes tasks where accuracy is critical and errors carry consequences.
• Strong background in regulated environments with a solid compliance and risk-awareness mindset.
