What you will do

• Review and evaluate QAF documentation to ensure compliance with tradecraft standards and AI development best practices.
• Develop and utilize data mining algorithms to support government intelligence search and discovery missions.
• Provide consultation and guidance to stakeholders on AI system development, testing, and QAF processes.
• Develop training materials and workshops to educate developers and analytic owners on QAF applications.
• Translate complex technical documentation into analytic tradecraft-compliant language.
• Contribute to capability development by managing code in government-controlled version control repositories.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Poly Clearance required
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning within intelligence or defense missions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong background in predictive modeling, data mining, statistical analysis, and ML algorithms.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic data modeling, and query languages such as SPARQL or GraphQL.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DIA, IC, or DoD analytic modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of TEVV methodologies, bias detection, and fairness analysis for AI systems.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing, cloud-based analytics, or large-scale ML architectures.
• Understanding of Object Based Intelligence (OBI) frameworks and governance.
