Location: Must be based in New York, USA

Salary: $172,400–$223,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Invent and implement scientific solutions for ambiguous ads measurement problems.
• Design and productionize machine learning models to provide novel insights.
• Partner with engineers to integrate scientific solutions into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and sales leaders.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the team's hiring and technical direction.
• Communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, USA
• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications (or 4+ years with a Master's).
• Proficiency in programming with Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.
