What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of technical eBook and Audio Producers.
• Oversee digital product initiatives, including the Black Library app and accessibility compliance.
• Manage product metadata to ensure accurate capture and utilization.
• Identify opportunities for refinements and optimizations within the Black Library app to maximize commerciality.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and key stakeholders to drive innovation using data-backed insights.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development support for team members.

Requirements

• Must be based full time onsite in Nottingham, UK.
• Proven experience in managing both people and digital products.
• Strong knowledge of digital product legislation and global accessibility regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with a dynamic and proactive approach.
• Ability to learn and manage a large digital product inventory.
