What you will do

• Analyze and map end-to-end omnichannel and retail processes, identifying gaps and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and documentation.
• Partner with Product Owners across POS, OMS, Webshop/App, CRM, and Loyalty channels.
• Collaborate with SAP and Integration teams to understand system behavior and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops to structure complex topics and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
• Support testing, validate solutions, and drive release readiness.

Requirements

• Background in retail or omnichannel with a strong understanding of store and digital workflows.
• Experience with commerce platforms, preferably SAP and integrations (APIs, middleware, event flows).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, requirement refinement, and testing workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex, interconnected systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Hilversum, Netherlands for the hybrid requirement.
