What you will do

• Own safety execution across depots, yards, and on-road activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and frameworks.
• Maintain FMCSA and DOT Motor Carrier compliance, ensuring constant audit readiness for IRP, IFTA, and state filings.
• Manage driver compliance programs, including CDL qualifications, HOS logs, and medical certifications.
• Lead operational incident response, including classification, coordination, and driving corrective actions.
• Embed safety and compliance requirements into operational SOPs, QRGs, and training programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, People Ops, and Fleet teams to define and track safety and compliance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or fleet management.
• Prior experience owning safety or compliance execution in transportation, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations applicable to commercial operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits, inspections, or reviews.
• Ability to translate policy into executable processes for frontline teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Lancaster, TX.
