Focus on scaling adoption through Product-Led Growth, deepening developer experience, and driving Enterprise sales.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2-3 designated office days each week)

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap from early discovery through to development and GTM execution.
• Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing product management team, setting the bar for product craft.
• Scale adoption through Product-Led Growth (PLG), self-serve activation, and improved developer experience.
• Drive Enterprise sales through frequent interactions with key customers and prospects.
• Partner with the VP of Product and executive team to shape company strategy and influence investment decisions.
• Represent hirify.global externally at industry events, panels, and webinars.

Requirements

• Proven track record of aligning engineering, research, design, and marketing behind a shared roadmap in a tech scale-up.
• Ability to translate customer, competitor, and market signals into a prioritized, actionable roadmap.
• Background in building proprietary machine learning models or deep experience in speech technology.
• Hands-on PLG experience scaling developer-led or self-serve products.
• Experience as a senior people leader capable of influencing at the executive level.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for 2-3 office days per week.
