What you will do

• Define and communicate the strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI Search in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team.
• Build and lead a world-class team of product managers.
• Partner with engineering and machine learning teams to develop technical product specifications and integrations.
• Align with go-to-market teams to drive feature adoption and refine offerings based on customer feedback.
• Identify market trends, competitive positioning, and potential strategic partnerships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, England.
• Proven experience in technical B2B product management within search, AI search, retrieval systems, or API-driven infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of retrieval, ranking, relevance tuning, query understanding, and indexing.
• Familiarity with semantic search, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and LLM-powered search experiences.
• Leadership experience managing and scaling product management teams.
• Track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products in agile environments.
