What you will do

• Define the product design strategy for the Merchant Experience domain and bring it to life.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to transform ideas from concept to reality.
• Design intuitive and elegant solutions for SMEs' financial management in the Dashboard and App.
• Conduct experiments to validate assumptions and iterate designs based on data-driven insights.
• Enhance the design system to improve both the quality and speed of delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions using prototypes and customer insights.
• Strong expertise in interaction and visual design.
• Experience with user research and rapid prototyping for validation.
• Effective communication and storytelling skills to involve stakeholders early in the process.
• Must be based in or have valid work authorization for Lisbon or Milan.
• CV must be submitted in English.
