Location: Remote within Brazil

What you will do

• Design and evolve mobile experiences following iOS and Android native interface best practices.
• Manage the full design lifecycle: discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive mobile experiences using strong UX principles.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align UX with technical feasibility and business goals.
• Document user flows and interface specifications to ensure scalability and development efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience designing complex digital products across the full lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in native iOS and Android interface and usability guidelines.
• Proficiency in Figma, Design Systems, and scalable design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and the ability to transform data into actionable design improvements.
• Experience working in technology companies focused on digital products.
