What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for one or more product areas, from initial concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver high-quality UX solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate rapidly on designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for the user to ensure their needs remain the center of every design decision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile products.
• Proficiency in Figma and various prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and working within agile product teams.
• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
• Based in London or open to remote work.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory; profiles without one will not be considered.
