What you will do

• Develop and deploy statistical, machine learning, and AI models to solve critical business problems.
• Execute data gathering, mining, and processing of large-scale datasets.
• Advocate for and implement data governance standards for AI and ML systems.
• Optimize model performance and accuracy to maximize business value.
• Present complex analytical insights to management using data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Coach and mentor team members in model creation and digital solution application.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Masters degree in data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience applying Python and SQL to solve business challenges.
• Deep experience with Snowflake and AWS tools (S3, Lambda, EMR, Glue, Bedrock).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to determine root causes of organizational problems.

Nice to have

• Experience leading analytics projects across various business domains.
• Demonstrated use of agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
