What you will do

• Lead the development of advanced deep learning models grounded in geometry and physics for receptor-ligand interaction problems.
• Design and adapt equivariant, multimodal, and generative architectures for structured biological data.
• Own scalable model training workflows distributed across GPUs, ensuring rigor and reproducibility.
• Translate foundational ML research into practical modeling tools for scientific discovery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with experimentalists, physicists, and chemists to bridge theory and application.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the computational biology team.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Computational Biology.
• 3-7 years of academic or industry experience in developing novel ML architectures.
• Deep expertise in geometry, symmetry, probabilistic inference, and learning dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Familiarity with generative or probabilistic modeling approaches such as diffusion or flow-based models.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
