📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions and hiring levels.
• Proactively source, engage, and nurture candidates via outbound recruiting.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Develop outreach campaigns to drive candidate engagement and conversions.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and culture.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on needs and drive hiring decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of agency recruiting, staffing, or high-volume recruiting.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch; proactive sourcing.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and sourcing technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; partner with managers.
• Willingness to work from the Menlo Park office five days/week.
