What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates using ATS, social media, and job boards to build strong pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and interviewing to final selection.
• Develop and update job descriptions and perform task analysis to document requirements.
• Build a diverse talent bench specifically for Commercial Real Estate divisions.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Head of Talent.
• Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work" to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an in-house or agency Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting Commercial Real Estate Property Managers required.
• Solid ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, CMS, and HRIS/HRMS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States required.
