What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and designing tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Lead project delivery by planning sprints, managing scope, and mitigating technical risks.
• Implement ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, interpretability, privacy, and security of models.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research and integrate cutting-edge tools to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization to foster continuous growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-backed CI/CD/CT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and NLP toolsets such as spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Proven track record of moving models from POC to enterprise deployment using Vertex Pipelines, Kubeflow, Airflow, or MLflow.
• Practical experience with multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen and Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar field.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
