What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions from experimentation to production.
• Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for reliability and efficiency.
• Develop production LLM-based applications using prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• Mentor junior and mid-level ML engineers and conduct professional code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, and Solution Architects.
• Contribute to internal ML practice development and create reusable ML accelerators.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of ML fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems, working with Vector Databases, and LLM evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, pandas, numpy, and SQL for complex data manipulation.
• Experience with MLOps: Docker, container orchestration, CI/CD, and experiment tracking (MLflow, W&B).
• Strong expertise in AWS ML services (SageMaker, Lambda) and GCP data services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with the broader AWS stack (ECR, EMR, S3).
• Experience with deep learning models, taxonomies, or ontologies.
• Proficiency with Spark, Dask, or Great Expectations for data orchestration.
• Experience orchestrating complicated ML workflows.
