What you will do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and Genesys Cloud CX.
• Define and govern integration standards, patterns, and best practices across the CX Practice.
• Optimize CX Cloud embedded softphones, real-time data sync, and unified agent workspaces within Salesforce Lightning.
• Architect Genesys Cloud Architect flows for inbound, outbound, and digital messaging channels.
• Implement AI-driven external and predictive routing using Salesforce Einstein AI and Genesys Agent Copilot.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and lead client discovery workshops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, REST/SOAP APIs).
• 3+ years of Genesys Cloud CX implementation or integration experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce integration patterns: Platform Events, CDC, External Services, and Connected Apps.
• Experience delivering AI-driven outcomes using Salesforce Einstein AI and Genesys Agent Copilot.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or higher.
• English: C1 proficiency required for communication with C-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional or Developer certification.
