Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the Czech Republic. Working hours aligned primarily to U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.

What you will do
- Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across multiple business functions.
- Configure declarative tools including Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and approval processes.
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, and security best practices.
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools such as sales engagement platforms and data enrichment tools.
- Develop reports and dashboards to improve operational visibility and CRM data quality.
- Collaborate with RevOps leadership and external vendors to implement platform improvements and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Must be based in the Czech Republic and eligible to work in CZ.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Advanced experience with declarative automation, specifically Salesforce Flow.
- Experience managing permissions, sharing models, and integrating GTM applications.
- English: B2 level (good English) required for effective communication with stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
- Familiarity with AI and Agentforce concepts.
- Experience with Tableau, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
- Experience with GTM tools like ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
