What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for ML platform capabilities supporting ads ranking and targeting.
• Build tools and infrastructure to accelerate ML development cycles, including training, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to convert technical pain points into scalable platform solutions.
• Drive improvements in system performance, cost efficiency, latency, and reliability across ML infrastructure.
• Enable the adoption of modern ML techniques, including generative AI and LLM-based workflows.
• Align platform development with broader business and ads performance objectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in ML platforms, developer tools, ads technology, or data infrastructure.
• Strong technical foundation in the full ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring).
• Experience working with ML engineers and backend teams in complex, data-intensive environments.
• Ability to prioritize technical constraints such as latency, compute efficiency, and system scalability.
• Familiarity with modern AI trends, including LLMs and agent-based systems.
