What you will do

• Shape the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Ads ML platform, incorporating GenAI and LLM workflows.
• Develop tooling to reduce friction for Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists in training and deploying models.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Ads Product teams to deliver scalable infrastructure.
• Own KPIs regarding platform reliability, latency, cost-efficiency, and developer productivity.
• Conduct user research with MLEs to translate technical pain points into precise product requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager for internal technical products, developer tools, or ML platforms.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints, such as GPU scheduling and latency budgets, into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience as an MLE, Data Scientist, or Backend Software Engineer.
• Knowledge of the Ad Tech ecosystem, including bidding, ranking, and targeting.
• Experience managing systems that support Generative AI/LLM workflows (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic automation).
