What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a talented development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Participate in high-level design decisions for complex software systems.
  • Drive the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and manage team performance and career development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role including mentoring and performance management.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture and designing scalable, reliable systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be based in the EU region.
