Location: Must be based in Kaunas and work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: 4500–6667 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

• Ensure search and booking logic maintains performance for global enterprise clients.
• Lead the design of high-performance integration frameworks for third-party APIs.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering squads to ensure architectural consistency.
• Spearhead initiatives to improve the engineering lifecycle, including CI/CD and observability.
• Translate business objectives into robust technical specifications for leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Expertise in designing high-throughput environments using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of B2B integration patterns including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Experience with Okta, Workday, or Azure AD.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with AI/LLM technologies.
