• Deliver customized marketing consultancy for large-scale workplace pension schemes.
• Design and execute tailored employee engagement plans across multiple communication channels.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to develop high-quality copy and creative assets.
• Measure campaign effectiveness through robust reporting and data analysis.
• Navigate internal governance processes to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing campaign delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns with clear commercial outcomes.
• Experience in workplace pensions or communications is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data using established tools and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work from the Edinburgh office at least 40% of the time.
