What you will do

• Own entire problem spaces from ideation to production, focusing on customer impact rather than just tickets.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems with tool calling, handoffs, and production evals.
• Automate complex workflows for guest and host communication across multiple channels.
• Collaborate directly with the Co-founder and CTO to shape the AI product roadmap.
• Leverage agentic coding tools to raise throughput and build scalable, reliable production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a track record of shipping and maintaining production systems.
• Deep fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code and understanding of their impact on development.
• Strong fundamentals in systems design, reliability, and production operations.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to define and solve complex business problems.
• Clear communication skills in code, documentation, and team discussions.
