What you will do

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for a universal KYC and reusable identity platform.
• Build scalable identity verification primitives and standards for integration across multiple products and user journeys.
• Optimize low-friction KYC experiences to improve onboarding conversion and reduce time-to-first-transaction.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and design teams to balance regulatory requirements with intuitive UX.
• Work with third-party identity verification vendors to optimize performance, trust, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key success metrics including KYC completion rates, onboarding conversion, and identity reuse rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or scaling KYC, identity verification (IDV), or trust-focused digital products.
• Strong background in fintech, digital finance, or Web3 product management.
• Hands-on experience with identity verification providers such as Sumsub, Persona, Veriff, Onfido, or Stripe Identity.
• Solid understanding of compliance workflows including KYC, KYB, customer due diligence (CDD), and onboarding regulations.
• Experience building platform-level products adopted by multiple teams or business units.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate autonomously in remote-first organizations.
