What you will do

• Communicate and motivate retail buyers and marketing teams regarding brand initiatives and licensing partners.
• Develop customized brand collateral, including presentations and infographics, for UK and EMEA retail markets.
• Curate campaign assets for strategic marketing moments for major brands like Bluey and Doctor Who.
• Execute retail activations such as in-store events, promotions, and bespoke online campaigns to drive sales.
• Analyze retail and consumer trends to identify new opportunities for brand placement.
• Collaborate across internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance) to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in licensing or entertainment, specifically in Sales, Marketing, or Retail development.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and achieving ROI.
• Ability to lead multiple overlapping projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in developing multi-platform marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of the UK and European retail markets.
• Business proficiency in German, French, or other key European market languages is desirable.
