What you will do

• Own hirify.global's technical documentation, ensuring it is effective for both humans and AI agents.
• Run and grow the YouTube channel, creating tutorials and demos.
• Build a presence in the AI engineering and open source community.
• Translate developer feedback into product insights for engineering.
• Create content that drives adoption by meeting developers where they are in the build process.
• Show up on camera and on stage at conferences and livestreams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in developer relations, technical content, or software engineering with a content track record.
• Software engineering background with experience building with APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
• Experience owning a technical YouTube channel, including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Fluent in the AI/ML developer ecosystem, including agents, LLM tooling, and RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of how to structure documentation for machines as well as humans.
• Community-connected with real relationships in the AI engineering or open source world.
