What you will do

• Deliver technical presentations to prospective and current clients, explaining products and integrations.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
• Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.
• Support customers across the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Pacific Northwest territory, specifically Washington, Oregon, or Idaho, with the ability to support customers across the region
• Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology.
• 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of application deployment processes for successful Cloud transformation.
• Strong customer-facing skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
• Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability in business process mapping and diagramming.
• Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
