What you will do

• Develop APIs, plugins, and AI framework integrations to make hirify.global the premier platform for agentic apps.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the developer experience by staying close to actual user workflows.
• Collaborate with the CTO and Head of AI Ergonomics to prioritize and execute high-impact projects.
• Create technical demos and examples to showcase platform capabilities to customers.
• Write high-quality code at the frontier of AI application development.

Requirements

• Experience building developer-facing products, APIs, or tooling.
• Strong intuition for what makes developer tools ergonomic and effective.
• Ability to write high-quality code, with TypeScript experience being a plus.
• Interest in working in-person in San Francisco or a proven track record of being highly self-directed in remote roles.
• High capacity for conceptual thought and architectural sensibilities.
• Genuine curiosity about how AI is changing software development.
