TL;DR

Founding Solutions Engineer (AI): Building and implementing real-time multimodal AI integrations for enterprise customers with an accent on solution design, POC development, and technical onboarding. Focus on bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities (TTS, STT, LLMs) and production-ready implementations across gaming and media verticals.

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate to the USA (working on-site in the South Bay office a few days a week)

Salary: $170,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, run POCs, and own the solution design from initial call through close.
• Build working prototypes and reference integrations for TTS, STT, LLM Router, and Realtime API solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during onboarding to ensure production-quality integration.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Resolve deep technical queries regarding latency, streaming architecture, and on-prem vs. cloud deployment.
• Define and shape the technical sales process and build a library of integration examples and collateral.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Architect).
• Strong hands-on coding ability in Python (strongly preferred), JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML APIs, LLMs, speech models, and streaming APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to run technical POCs end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical domain.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate to the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with voice AI, TTS, STT, or real-time audio and speech systems.
• Background in gaming, CCaaS, or media and entertainment.
• Familiarity with on-premise/edge deployment patterns (containerization, quantization).
• Experience with WebSocket/WebRTC or real-time streaming infrastructure.
• Prior experience as a founder/operator or at a high-growth startup.
