What you will do

• Lead creative strategy and messaging for paid social accounts from brief through execution.
• Conduct performance-driven research and optimize messaging based on platform data and competitor monitoring.
• Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior.
• Write and guide strong copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance.
• Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment.
• Mentor and support junior creatives, helping them elevate execution and develop strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Exceptional writing ability for short-form, digital-first content with a supporting portfolio.
• Proven track record of developing performance-first creative that drives real business results.
• Experience interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor creative teams.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
