What you will do

• Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels
• Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content
• Lead and mentor a small team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors
• Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content
• Partner with media buyers to translate performance data into creative iterations
• Build winning frameworks and maintain a library of high-performing angles and hooks

Requirements

• Proven creative strategy experience in a performance-driven agency or in-house team
• Deep expertise in UGC and influencer marketing as performance levers
• Strong scriptwriting skills and comfort shaping video content from concept to final cut
• Data fluency in CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves
• Team leadership experience with the autonomy to operate without constant oversight
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with constant iteration
