What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and local platforms in multiple international markets.
  • Strategically allocate and monitor multi-market budgets to maximize ROI and growth.
  • Design and implement structured creative testing frameworks to optimize messaging and formats.
  • Build scalable processes, dashboards, and playbooks to streamline campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Leverage AI tools for ad targeting, bid strategies, and automated creative variant generation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Advanced skills in budget allocation, pacing, and optimization.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with creative testing frameworks.
  • Ability to build scalable systems and playbooks for marketing operations.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Rio de Janeiro.

Nice to have

  • Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, or Looker.
  • Experience applying AI tools to marketing automation.
