What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns, including tactical planning, execution, and weekly pacing.
• Lead the RFP process, develop partner consideration sets, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure added value.
• Collaborate on budget management, billing, and invoicing across digital and traditional media channels.
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for assistant buyers, reviewing work and providing ongoing mentorship.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Freewheel, GCM, and Tableau to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Proactively identify new activation opportunities and stay current with marketplace offerings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a media investment or buying role across online and offline channels.
• Proficiency with media tools such as Freewheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, and Tableau.
• Strong project management skills, including RFP development, vendor negotiations, and trafficking.
• Effective communication skills for managing vendor relationships and supporting internal teams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (role is temporary through August 31st).
