What you will do
- Develop and execute media plans including targeting, channel analysis, and ROI assessment.
- Manage marketing spend budgets (A&CP) and track actuals against plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with influencer, sales, and ecomm teams to achieve brand results.
- Liaise with agencies on planning, execution, strategy, and reporting for campaigns.
- Provide strategic insights for DTC development and the overall media roadmap.
- Perform competitive research and analysis within the beauty category.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in media (in-house or agency).
- Expertise in media strategy, planning, and buying across TV, digital, social, and DTC.
- Strong knowledge of the US luxury fragrance and beauty environment.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Very strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be based in New York, NY to support a hybrid work model.
