What you will do

  • Own media budget allocation and pacing across all marketing channels.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify untapped channels to reach prospects.
  • Build and present media plans including channel rationale, reach/frequency projections, and business outcomes.
  • Manage media vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and evaluate new inventory.
  • Handle end-to-end execution of sponsorships, from sourcing and vetting to logistics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of media planning or buying experience, ideally for B2B or SaaS brands.
  • Proven experience planning and buying sponsorships in newsletters, podcasts, industry events, or communities.
  • Highly organized with strong judgment for managing competing priorities.
  • Strong POV on measurability and building cases for brand investment in new channels.
  • Excellent written communication skills for both strategy documentation and cold outreach.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and located in the specific US states mentioned above.
