Escalator Site Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Manage site installation processes from commencement through to commissioning and handover to the client and Service Department.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety rules, conducting daily briefings and maintaining Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Control project budgets, local supply procurement, and installation costs to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate site labor, including both in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring the programme is achieved.
• Supervise temporary works documentation and manage interfaces with the Main Contractor and other trades.
• Track project deliverables and evaluate short- and long-term plans against project timescales.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in escalator installation and commissioning works.
• 3 years of experience managing and coordinating installation and commissioning teams.
• Construction management qualifications.
• SMTS & TW certifications and status as a Lifting Competent Person.
• Must be based in London or able to travel to Midlands and North regions of the UK.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
