What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance growth strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging networks.
  • Manage an annual budget of $10M+, optimizing spend by geography, device, and creative performance using MMM and MTA.
  • Analyze and optimize the full advertising funnel from initial click through to registration, KYC, and first transaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and CRO teams to improve conversion flows and implement server-side tagging.
  • Lead and mentor external agencies and contractors to maintain a culture of rigorous testing and measurable impact.
  • Scale B2B demand for infrastructure services via targeted performance and ABM campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing within the crypto, web3, or forex industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and rebuild CAC and LTV growth models.
  • Experience managing large-scale annual budgets exceeding $10M.
  • Capability to lead and mentor external agencies and contractors.
  • Deep understanding of crypto advertising restrictions and compliance frameworks like MiCA and GDPR/CCPA.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating crypto-native tooling such as Chainalysis or TRM for risk-aligned targeting.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-driven optimization for creative generation and bid automation.
  • Experience in B2B paid strategies including LinkedIn and ABM integrated with sales funnels.
  • Knowledge of building landing page systems, CRO, and experimentation infrastructure.
