What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute UA and retargeting strategies across multiple mobile games to balance growth objectives.
• Oversee campaign management on major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity), optimizing bidding, creatives, and budgets.
• Drive strategic planning and budget allocation to maximize business impact and ROAS.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, BI, and Monetization teams to scale successful marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and present strategic recommendations and key insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/UA, with a strong focus on mobile apps or gaming.
• 1-2 years of people management experience leading marketing teams.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with ROAS, LTV, and user growth objectives.
• Hands-on expertise with self-serve platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with SQL, Tableau, or BI tools is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
