OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. TA screening call (30 min, remote).
2. Hiring manager interview (45 min, remote).
3. On-site panel interview with a simulated workshop and live assignment (90 min).
4. Founder interview (30 min, remote).
5. Reference checks and final offer.
